iNTERWERK

The Datacenter
The iNTERWERK data center has a total area of 2000m², was built at the end of 2010, and is state-of-the-art.
With its location in Frankfurt am Main (Germany), it is situated directly at the heart of the European internet hub providing a excellent connection across Europe. All rooms are generously designed with a ceiling height of 4m and a corridor width of up to 3m, ensuring excellent comfort when moving equipment around.
The data center is staffed with 24/7 qualified onsite personnel and can react to issues immediately, no matter when they occur.
The iNTERWERK is well known in the German and European gaming community for its great services, cheap pricing, and low latency.
Power
The entire data center uses exclusively 100% green electricity from the company WEMAG. Environmental considerations have also been taken into account, as this results in a savings of over 1400 tons of CO² emissions per year.
Two dedicated transformer stations, each with 630 kVA, are directly connected to the Frankfurt 10kV power ring, and the most efficient uninterruptible power supplies with up to 96% efficiency in online mode ensure a secure power supply. Furthermore, the hardware is protected by the use of coarse, medium, and surge protection, as well as exclusively tested power strips on their own 16 Amp fuses. Pre-installed power meters at each fuse make the system’s power consumption visible to the customer at all times.

Network
The Interwerk data center is carrier-neutral, meaning you can choose your connection partner. A dedicated dark fiber connection to a data center or provider of your choice is not a problem.
The fiber optic building entry is designed to be redundant and flexible, and can be expanded as needed.
Brand-name equipment such as Juniper and Cisco form the foundation of the network and ensure secure data flow in the 100GE range.
In addition to the use of IPv4 and IPv6 services, ISDN or satellite connections are also optionally available.
